Before you come in
These rules apply to your use of PictShack on storage.pictshack.art. Use the site only if you can legally accept these terms. Please read the Content Guidelines as well; they explain the boundaries around sharing.
Bring work you have permission to share
No unauthorized copyrighted content. A picture can be inspiring without being yours to publish. Share your own work, obtain the creator’s permission, follow a valid license, or rely on another lawful right of use. Giving credit is not a substitute for permission.
The rights you hold stay yours. If you ask the service to host a picture, you allow the copies and delivery needed to make that requested hosting work.
Keep children safe
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is never allowed. Do not upload, keep, share, request or link to material that sexually abuses or exploits a minor. This is a strict condition of using PictShack.
Take care around other people
Do not publish intimate images without consent, reveal private personal details, threaten or harass people. Keep malware, fraud and deceptive links out of the service. Keep your account information accurate and your password secure.
Looking after the space
Material can be removed and access limited when rules are broken. Suspected unlawful activity may be referred to the relevant authorities. A hosting service is not a substitute for your own backup, and availability or features may change.
These terms do not take away rights that cannot legally be excluded. They do not promise permanent file retention or uninterrupted access.
Keeping the rules up to date
